Welcome to Zapply. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zapply website, store, and services (collectively, the "Service") and any purchase of computer accessories and related products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability
We do our best to display products, specifications, and prices accurately, but errors can occur. All prices are listed in your local currency where shown and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:
- Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been placed
- Limit quantities purchased per person or order
- Refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors

5. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation or ship the item. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and you authorize us to charge your selected method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping. If payment cannot be processed, your order may be cancelled.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the addresses and regions listed at checkout. Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the item is delivered to your address or made available for pickup. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address information.
7. Returns & Refunds

8. Warranties
Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty; the terms are provided by the manufacturer. Except as required by law or expressly stated by us, products are provided "as is" and Zapply makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You agree to indemnify and hold Zapply harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
