🚚 Shipping Policy

We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping Fee: PKR 165 flat rate (multiple items from the same order ship together)
  • Cash on Delivery: Available nationwide
  • Order Tracking: You'll receive tracking info via SMS/email once your order ships

🔄 Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Incomplete order

How to Return

  1. Go to your Order History page
  2. Find the order and click Request Return
  3. We'll arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions
  4. Refund or replacement processed within 3-5 business days

💡 Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Cosmetics and personal care items can only be returned if sealed/unopened
  • Sale items are final sale unless defective
